fact, I like most, if not all, of my drinks cold). Now, if you’ve had iced coffee drinks, you know, as well as I do, that after just a little bit, your drink gets watery on top, and you end up drinking that, instead of the coffee. It’s no good.

“So”, you say, “How do we fix this?” Well, next time you brew up some coffee, use your trusty ice cube trays and pour some of that coffee into them. What? Coffee Cubes? YES.

What You’ll Need:

  • Coffee
  • Ice Cube Trays

In fact, there are two ways to do this. You can pour black coffee into the trays, which will make your coffee stronger in your cup, as it melts. OR you can fix your coffee the way you drink it, and then pour that into your ice cube trays. If you use the second way, the cube will melt and it won’t mess up the sugar/creamer/coffee ratio (if that’s how you drink it).

I hope you get to do this, and that you get to enjoy that perfect iced coffee without that watery weirdness. Yes. Weirdness. I said it. 😉 This would work great with the Vanilla Iced Coffee Recipe that I shared with you, in the post “Make Your Own Vanilla Drink Syrup”!
