Cake + Mug = Happiness
Oh. No. I found out that I could make baked goods in a mug. Seriously. With a microwave, to boot.
On those nights when I REALLY want a brownie, but I really don’t want to go through the entire process of making a whole batch, this is purely amazing. (I’m pretty much a purist when it comes to things. I want to make it by hand. From Scratch. Yes. I’m that person.)
Since it was such an amazing thing for me, I figured I would share with all of you!

This recipe is easy and yummy 🙂 It worked great for my sweet tooth without being too terribly sweet. 🙂 You’ll have to experiment the first few times you make it though, to get it just right.
